Gary Bracken
GRACE was well out to sea on May 21. On that day, we received word that our friend, Gary Bracken, had died of the brain cancer that was diagnosed a year ago. Gary was a great guy with an enormous heart and a dry sense of humor. It is so sad that this terrific man’s life was cut so short so suddenly. Somewhere along the line, we came to associate Gary with the dolphins that we often see playing around us at sea. It will be good to remember him each time we see those wonderful animals. Gary would like that.
